About Neil
Neil Warshafsky, CCIM, Broker, is a specialist in the sale of all forms of investments in real estate as well as leasing both in Canada and the United States. He has an Honours B.A. in Business and Urban Planning. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), Neil Warshafsky has vast experience in the structuring of real estate transactions and dealing with distressed real estate and the repositioning of assets. Neil was the 2004/05 President of CCIM Central Canada Chapter. He was Number 10 in Canada for all of RE/MAX in 2003. In early 1999, he established Re/Max Commercial Focus Inc. which is a commercial only brokerage company, and has since been joined by 25 commercial specialists. This company was acquired in 2007 and Neil and Fraser MacDonald formed a new brokerage company under the name of RE/MAX Commercial Advisors Inc. In December 2012 Neil & Fraser's team were acquired by Royal LePage Commercial of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., a wholly owned corporate office of Brookfield Asset Management. Neil has sold many forms of real estate over the years and has sold in excess of $200 million over the past five years. He received the Chairman designation, Hall of Fame recognition and was the top I.C.I. agent in Canada last year within RE/MAX. He served as a member of the RE/MAX Commercial International Advisory Board for many years while he was with RE/MAX.
