A senior finance and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial property accounting, asset management, and investment reporting, she brings deep expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, and large-scale portfolio oversight across Canada, the U.S. ,UAE and the European markets. Currently serving as Financial Controller at a Swiss-based organization, she leads budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, payroll administration, and full-cycle accounting, ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency.
In parallel with her corporate finance leadership, she is an active real estate professional, recently closing a $7M off-market commercial lease for a 50,000 sq. ft. property in Toronto. She has collaborated with major developers including Tridel and Canderel, supporting investor engagement and high-value transactions.
Throughout her career, she has managed and reported on portfolios exceeding $600M in AUM, working with leading organizations such as Brookfield Office Properties, First Capital Realty, Dream Unlimited, Manulife Investment Management, CBRE, and Avison Young. Her background includes IFRS and GAAP reporting, capital project oversight, construction cost control, lease audits, CAM reconciliations, debt covenant reporting, and complex ownership structures involving private and public equity.
She holds a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from York University Schulich Executive Education, a CGA designation (Romania), and international certification in import-export management from Switzerland. Bilingual in English and Romanian, with working knowledge of French, she combines strong analytical capability with strategic business insight and cross-border financial expertise.
